Sandhya has a Master’s degree in Archaeology from Tamil University, Thanjavur and has carried out internship (July-2023) in Gangaikonda cholapuram excavation site in Kumbakonam. She supervised the excavation of artifacts of neolithic and polished stone tools from Chennanur village in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu. Sandhya is curating information from medieval inscriptions to organize theme based layers into the atlas of political metrology.
